  2. viveleraw says:

I have never been happy with a puny bowl of salad so I am glad to see someone else who enjoys a big salad!!!

  3. viveleraw says:

One of the best recipes for salad I’ve seen! Thanks so much!!

  4. missyblissy90 says:

FINALLY – someone who understands the importance of a BIIIIIG salad!!! Just because its massive, does not mean you are over eating and its bad for you!!

  5. martagreen says:

Massage your salad! I love it. Do you sprout your own sprouts or buy them that way? (If yes, can you do a video tutorial on sprouting?) Also, where can I buy raw kelp? Thanks!

I love making milk thistle milk for a superfood smoothie, super yum!! (its the only seed/nut milk I’ve ever made!! :) )

  7. RADIANTandRAW says:

The lecithin tastes nice – slightly sweet … and if added to a smoothie, makes things more creamy. Add to smoothies or dessert recipes using nuts/seeds or avocado … not only does it create a smoother texture, it also helps the body digest fat better.

With the milk thistle … add a small handful of milk thistle seeds and then make your raw nut milk – strain as usual and you’ve got a raw liver detoxifier as your nut milk! Yay!! (Thank Daniel Vitalis for that hot tip!)

love the milk thistle!!! (I never tried the soy lecithin– what does it taste like?)

  9. RADIANTandRAW says:

starelle – not raw, but consider adding some lecithin (non gmo) + milk thistle to smoothies. Great for the liver and gall bladder and issues with fat intollerance.

  10. RADIANTandRAW says:

That’s something I’m really interested in – getting a set of really good knives.

What do you think of the ceramic ones?

  11. RawRadiantHealth says:

You can use lemon, lime, grapefruit or orange juice as a dressing (or even a mixture of these citris fruits). The fat intolerance might have to do with the liver being a little congested, I suggest every morning before you eat to make sure to drink a litre of water with some fresh lemon juice. Drink green juices as well.

I just found out that my body is fat intolerant. I can’t eat avocados, nuts, seeds, or oils without getting sick for days. Do you have any dressing ideas that are void of fat?
    Thanks!

  13. RawRadiantHealth says:

I love cauliflower & avocado together– super yum!!! Definitely try it out!! :)

  14. chaiandallthatjazz says:

Excellent salad! I like your lemon, avocado and tomato juice dressing. I’ve never added cauliflower to my salads before, but I like the texture that cut up pieces produce. I must try it!!

  15. RawRadiantHealth says:

Cool, go for it!!! Knife skills are very easy to pick up and trust me, you’ll get enough practice to be a master in no time!!!! To this day I’m amazed I never cut a finger or hand off!!

  16. IamDemetri00 says:

Well those skills definately come in handy! I have been seeing work at a raw food restaurant near by. I’m hoping for some on-the-job training as I am certainly not at expert level yet, lol But if I keep watching your videos that may change! ;-)

You make me laugh— you know what it is– I still carry the stress of working in a super stressed out fast paced kitchen– chop chop chop chop– it doesn’t matter where i am or even how long its been that I’ve worked in a kitchen (its been over 2 years), when ever i have to prepare food, the moment i have a knife in my hand, i go on super speed and twisted efficiency!!! Oi!

  18. IamDemetri00 says:

You’re so talented, never seen anyone make a salad so fast. It was like a work of art.

  19. RawRadiantHealth says:

I thought you’d enjoy!! I believe you’re on the 80-10-10, so you can use this recipe!

  20. RawRadiantHealth says:

I use Japanese knives. The one I used in this video is a Kasumi knife. After working in kitchens for a couple of years– I can’t live without a good quality knife– its like night & day! Worth the extra money!

  21. RawRadiantHealth says:

    its my favorite salad!!!!

  22. goobes11 says:

  23. LosingInCA says:
